Welcome to the OpenInterview Founding Partner Program ("Program"). These Founding Partner Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the OpenInterview affiliate and referral program operated by OpenInterview ("OpenInterview," "we," "us," or "our").
By applying to or participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms.
1. Purpose of the Program🔗
The OpenInterview Founding Partner Program is designed to reward individuals and organizations that introduce job seekers, professionals, and communities to OpenInterview.
Founding Partners receive a share of qualifying subscription revenue generated through approved referral activity.
Participation in the Program does not create an employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, or franchise relationship between you and OpenInterview.
2. Founding Partner Program Limit🔗
The OpenInterview Founding Partner Program is intentionally limited.
Once the Founding Partner Program reaches capacity:
- No additional Founding Partner applications will be accepted.
- Existing Founding Partners retain their status.
- Existing Founding Partners retain their approved commission structure.
- Existing Founding Partners retain their eligibility to earn commissions under these Terms.
OpenInterview may introduce future affiliate or partner programs with different terms, commission structures, eligibility requirements, or participation limits.
3. Eligibility🔗
You may apply if you are:
- At least 18 years old;
- Legally permitted to participate in affiliate programs in your jurisdiction;
- Able to receive payments in your country of residence;
- Operating in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
We reserve the right to approve or reject any application for any reason. Approval is not guaranteed.
4. Founding Partner Benefits🔗
Approved Founding Partners may receive:
- Lifetime revenue share eligibility;
- Access to the OpenInterview affiliate dashboard;
- Referral tracking;
- Commission reporting;
- Monthly payouts;
- Early access to partner features and promotions.
Benefits may vary over time.
5. Lifetime Revenue Share🔗
Approved Founding Partners earn:
"Lifetime" means: commissions continue for as long as:
- the referred customer remains an active paying subscriber; and
- the Founding Partner remains in good standing.
Lifetime revenue share does not guarantee any minimum earnings or duration of payments.
6. Referral Attribution🔗
OpenInterview attributes referrals using:
- referral links;
- browser attribution;
- cookies;
- session tracking;
- account association;
- additional fraud prevention mechanisms.
OpenInterview reserves sole discretion regarding referral attribution decisions.
Attempts to manipulate attribution systems may result in: forfeiture of commissions; account suspension; or permanent removal from the Program.
7. Global Pricing🔗
OpenInterview supports regional pricing. Your commission is calculated as 30% of the actual subscription price paid by the customer.

Your location does not determine your commission. The customer's purchase determines the commission amount.
8. Example of Global Commissions🔗
A creator located in India refers a customer located in the United States. The customer purchases an OpenInterview annual subscription priced at $50 USD. The Founding Partner earns $15 USD. If that customer renews annually, the Founding Partner continues earning commissions on eligible renewals.
Similarly:
- a creator in Nigeria may earn commissions from customers in Canada;
- a creator in Brazil may earn commissions from customers in Germany;
- a creator in the United Kingdom may earn commissions from customers in South Africa.
9. Minimum Payout Threshold🔗
The minimum payout threshold is $50 USD equivalent. Balances below the threshold automatically roll forward to the next payout cycle.
10. Payout Schedule🔗
OpenInterview processes payouts monthly. Commissions become eligible for payout 30 days after customer payment to account for refunds, chargebacks, fraud prevention, and payment disputes.
11. Payment Methods🔗
OpenInterview may issue payments through: Stripe; PayPal; Wise; bank transfer; or other payment providers. OpenInterview may change payment methods at any time.
12. Taxes🔗
You are solely responsible for: reporting income; paying taxes; obtaining required tax identification numbers; and complying with local tax laws. OpenInterview does not provide tax advice.
13. Prohibited Activities🔗
You may not:
Misrepresent OpenInterview
- false claims;
- deceptive earnings claims;
- impersonation;
- fake testimonials.
Abuse Referral Systems
- self-referrals;
- fake accounts;
- fraudulent transactions;
- automated account creation;
- referral farms.
Spam
- unsolicited email campaigns;
- automated messaging;
- purchased contact lists;
- deceptive advertisements.
Illegal Activities
- fraud;
- money laundering;
- sanctions violations;
- unlawful advertising.
14. Earnings Claims🔗
Founding Partners may not: guarantee earnings; promise income; or advertise specific financial results. Examples shown by OpenInterview are illustrative only. Actual earnings vary based on audience size, geography, conversion rates, customer retention, market conditions, and platform growth.
15. Suspension🔗
OpenInterview may suspend a Founding Partner account for: fraud; abuse; spam; policy violations; illegal activity; or reputational harm.
During suspension: commissions may be frozen; payouts may be delayed; and referral activity may be disabled.
16. Termination🔗
OpenInterview may terminate participation in the Program at any time for violations of these Terms.
Upon termination: future commissions cease; unpaid fraudulent commissions are forfeited; valid earned commissions may still be paid at OpenInterview's discretion.
17. Modification of the Program🔗
OpenInterview may modify: commission structures; payout schedules; partner benefits; reporting features; or referral mechanisms.
18. No Earnings Guarantee🔗
OpenInterview makes no guarantee regarding earnings, referrals, customer conversions, commission amounts, or business success. Participation in the Program involves risk.
19. Limitation of Liability🔗
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpenInterview shall not be liable for: lost profits; indirect damages; incidental damages; consequential damages; business interruption; or lost referral opportunities.
Total liability shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you during the previous 12 months.
20. Changes to These Terms🔗
OpenInterview may update these Terms from time to time. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

Founding Partner Statement
The OpenInterview Founding Partner Program is intended to reward early supporters helping build a future where candidates are evaluated by what they can demonstrate, not simply by what they can write on a resume.
Approved Founding Partners become part of a limited early cohort whose benefits are designed to persist beyond the initial launch of the platform.
