OpenInterview uses regional pricing. Your commission is 30% of whatever plan your referred customer purchases in their local market โ USD, EUR, INR, ZAR, and more.
For example, imagine you're a career creator in India and you share your OpenInterview referral link with your audience. One of your followers in the United States purchases a $50 USD annual plan through your referral link.
You earn 30% of the actual subscription purchased โ in this case, $15 USD. If that customer renews their subscription next year, you earn another $15 USD. If you refer 100 customers over time, those commissions can accumulate into a recurring monthly income stream.
Similarly, if a customer in Germany purchases a โฌ79 EUR plan, your commission is calculated from the โฌ79 EUR subscription price. Your earnings are based on the customer's local pricing tier, not your own country of residence.
