Users begin by uploading their resume to auto-fill their profile. After completing the upload flow, they are taken to the profile editing page where they may optionally enter their phone number and check an unchecked SMS consent checkbox. Consent is never assumed or pre-checked.

5. Message Frequency & Rates

Message frequency varies based on your account activity — for example, a user with frequent interview bookings will receive more messages than one with occasional activity. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan.

6. Opt-Out / Unsubscribe

Reply STOP to any SMS from OpenInterview.me at any time. You will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent. You can re-enable SMS notifications at any time from your profile settings. Opting out does not affect your ability to use any feature of OpenInterview.me.

8. Data Privacy

SMS delivery depends upon wireless carriers, messaging providers, third-party systems, device availability, network conditions, and other factors outside OpenInterview's control.

OpenInterview.me does not guarantee message delivery, message timing, message receipt, or service availability.

OpenInterview.me shall not be responsible for delayed, blocked, filtered, failed, or undelivered SMS messages.
